This calendars can be synced to your own Google Calendar for instant notification on your smartphone or computer. All invitation emails to create, modify or manage your club’s event in our District Beta Google Calendar are all sent. Your club’s president or secretary should receive the email already.
Reminders:
1. Please double check the information showed in calendar is correct.
2. If president or secretary cannot receive any invitation email, contact Tony at tonycph1124@gmail.com
3. If president or secretary do not have Google account, please follow Calendar Setup Procedure to register a new Google account. Without Google account, no modification on your club’s event can be done.
4. If you want to use existed Google account to modify your club’s events in Google calendar, contact Tony at tonycph1124@gmail.com
