We are having our Joint Halloween Party in exactly one week on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 6:00 PM, and as this time the meeting is hosted by our Council, your clubs' attendance and support is greatly needed.
If you have not already done so, please relay the RSVPs of your club to Secretary Marlene Dumpit <mdumpit54@comcast.net> as soon as possible. We have a minimum of 50 to uphold with South San Francisco Elks Lodge, and a maximum of 75, so reserve in advance and we won't have to turn you away at the door.
We have kept the ticket price at $30/person, and your payment can be made out to SFCCLC and mailed to Treasurer Ching Evaristo at 42 Parnell Ave, Daly City, CA 94015, or sent via Zelle or PayPal to LionAugust@icloud.com. We would appreciate your RSVP and payment by this Saturday, October 23.
Now, as previously discussed, prices have steadily increased over the years, and charging $30/persons means the Council will be losing money from this event. To offset costs, we ask our San Francisco member clubs to bring a couple prizes valuing at least $20 each to be raffled off. Any excess proceeds will go back to funding our end of year Police, Firefighters and Sheriffs Awards Night, and your donation to that cause is greatly appreciated.
