Please RSVP by noon on Wednesday, November 6. The cost is $25.00 per person. Email lions4service@gmail.com with your name and lunch selection. Mail your check payable to District 4-C4 to P.O. Box 25301, San Mateo, CA 94402.
No refunds will be issued after noon on 11/6. If you are approved to pay at the door but cannot attend, payment is requested.
RSVPs received after noon on Wednesday, November 6 will not include lunch, and the cost will be $10.00 per person, payable at the door.

Turkey BLT Wrap: smoked turkey, bacon, cream cheese, tomato, avocado, & spinach in a spinach tortilla
Chicken Caesar Wrap: grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, fresh Parmesan cheese, croutons, & creamy Caesar dressing in a wheat tortilla.
