When I press send, a message about some error in the addresses and the reply was not sent and put in my Out Box.

It was an interesting and informative meeting.
I would like to request a follow-up regarding the Scholarship account of $10,000 discussed in tonight's council meeting. If the council officers and/or advisors would be so kind to provide documentation (minutes/donation letter or acknowledgments of receipt) supporting the stipulation for use of the funds received from the donor(s) at the next scheduled council meeting, I believe we can have a healthy discussion to remedy the use or find a better rate of return for the funds. Do we have any written documentation as to the year the donation/donations were received (bank records)?
Apologies if the above is an unreasonable ask, I'm new to the council and would like to learn the history to preserve the information for future council members.
As President of the SF Unified Lions Club, I would like to provide a report to our membership. Our club supports the Police, Fire and Sheriffs award dinner because we have retired and current service community leaders in our club. This recognition to those who serve our great city is something our club would like to continue to support.
