Millbrae Lions Club sadly reports Anthony “Tony” Robert Montes, a beloved figure known for his vibrant spirit in the Millbrae community, passed away on Thursday, March 28th, 2024 at the age of 91. Tony owned JC Express trucking company in the Bay Area. A Korean War veteran and former Army football quarterback, he enjoyed golf and community involvement. Predeceased by his wife Nancy, he is survived by his son, daughters, and many close friends.
Family and friends can visit on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, after 9:30 AM at the Chapel of the Highlands, located at 194 Millwood Drive, El Camino Real, Millbrae. A funeral Mass for Anthony Montes will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Dunstan Catholic Church in Millbrae. A reception will be announced after the Mass. Please bring flowers to the church service and photos to the reception to celebrate Anthony Montes’ life.

San Francisco Chinatown Lions Club is saddened to report the passing of Lion Patrick Auyeung. Lion Patrick joined Lions in 2000, was club treasurer twice and President in 2012.
The family has informed us that there will be no services, but kindly request that any contributions be sent to the San Francisco Chinatown Foundation.
