SUNSHINE NEWS

Lion Emmanuel “Manny” Paje, Secretary of San Francisco Host, could use some sunshine. We’ve been informed that he’s currently in the hospital, though no additional details are available at this time. Let’s keep him in our thoughts and prayers. If you’d like to send him a card, they can be mailed to his home at 191 Sand Creek Road, Ste 202B, Brentwood, CA 94513.

San Francisco Chinatown Lions Club is deeply saddened to share the passing of Lion Barbara Yee. Barbara joined our club in 1988 and was a dedicated life member. A proud Melvin Jones Fellow, she also helped grow our club by sponsoring new members. Barbara was always active and contributed to many projects, including the Miss Teen Chinatown program. Her services will be private for immediate family, but cards can be sent to her daughter, Julianne Yee, at 3637 Springer Ct., Walnut Creek, CA 94598.
