San Francisco Nueva Vizcaya is saddened to share the passing of Lion Rufo Macaraeg. He first joined the San Francisco Fil Am Lions Club in 2013, where he served two terms as president. In 2022, he transferred to San Francisco Nueva Vizcaya and once again gave his time as president for two terms.
