Geneva-Excelsior Lions Club is saddened to report the passing of Lion Ward Donnelly. Lion Ward joined our club in June 1992 and lent his leadership to our club as president 4 times through the years. He served in just about in every position available and never failed to take on a job and do it well. They don’t make time like they used to. Always a perfect gentleman, he was quick to lend a hand, and encouragement when needed. He will be sorely missed.

Visitation will be at 2pm followed by a Funeral Mass at 2:30pm on Friday, November 21st at St. Gregory Church, San Mateo. Reception immediately following at the San Mateo Elks Lodge.

Cards may be sent to Diane Donnelly at 1249 Geneva Ave, San Francisco, CA  94112.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lions Eye Foundation: Lions Eye Foundaton or mailed to 711 Van Ness Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102.
