Celebration of Life – Lion Rich Picchi
Lady Lynn Van Etten
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Lynn Van Etten, who passed away peacefully with PDG Jack Van Etten and their daughter, Kristi, by her side.
Lynn was Jack’s greatest supporter throughout their 49 years of marriage and 54 years together. She stood beside him through his Lions journey, his professional career, and the many organizations to which he dedicated his time and service. Her love, encouragement, and unwavering support were a constant source of strength throughout his life.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Highlands. A Vigil Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 10, at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1310 Bayswater Avenue, Burlingame, followed by interment at 11:30 a.m. at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1310 Bayswater Ave, Burlingame, CA 94010 or Mercy High School, 2750 Adeline Dr, Burlingame, CA 94010.
