Millbrae Lions are saddened to report the passing of Past President Frank Azzopardi at the age of 97. He served as president from 1985 to 1987 and had been a member since 1971, a life member with over 50 years of membership. He and Rita were married for over 65 years and have two children, Michelle and David. He was also an Army veteran, past president of the Maltese American Social Club, and founded the South City Lumber Company in 1953.
Family and friends may visit on August 15, 2024, at the Chapel of the Highlands after 4 p.m., with the vigil service at 7 p.m. The family would appreciate donations to the Lions Eye Foundation at http://www.lionseyeca-nv.org/-donate.html
