The Millbrae Lions Club sadly shares the passing of Lion John La Duca. Lion John joined the club in 1976 and became a Life Member in 2002. He was an active and dedicated member of his club for many years, sponsoring 17 new members during his time in Lions. He also served the District as Chair of the Hearing Preservation, Awareness & Action Committee in 2011. Lion John’s friendship, service, and dedication to Lionism will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

The Half Moon Bay Lions Club sadly shares the passing of Lion Robert Buzz Meyers. Lion Buzz joined Lions in March 1982 and was a dedicated member of his club for many years. During his time in Lionism, he served one term as Club President and also served on the Board of Directors in 2016. Lion Buzz will be remembered for his years of service, friendship, and commitment to his club and community. He will be greatly missed by his fellow Lions and all who knew him.
